How to post consistently on social media

Why is being consistent on social media always so difficult?

๐Ÿคญ I know I should post more but I donโ€™t know what to write

๐Ÿ˜ฌ I know I should post more but I donโ€™t feel confident about video

๐Ÿ™„ I know I should post more but I just canโ€™t stick to my plan

Your audience is already on Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and they are WAITING for you to get it together. Hereโ€™s what I do every single week to MAKE SURE Iโ€™m showing up for my people:

1 โžœ Create a step-by-step workflow to go from a bunch of ideas and photos to finished and scheduled posts. What exactly is your process and can you simplify it?

2 โžœ Continuously add ideas into a note / doc / database (like Airtable) so I always have something to write about even when I'm busy, tired, and don't feel like anything sounds right.

3 โžœ Have a specific day of the week for content creation. Every Monday youโ€™ll find me spending a couple hours creating my posts for the week and planning what Iโ€™ll share on stories.

4 โžœ Get OFF social media and read books, listen to podcasts, talk to other people so I have new things to share. Iโ€™m always learning myself so I can share more with YOU!

5 โžœ Spend time talking to your audience. I always have the best ideas after coaching calls, webinars, even posting polls and questions boxes here on IG.

6 โžœ LIMIT SCROLLING. How often do you pick up your phone and start scrolling when you donโ€™t know what to do next?? Iโ€™m betting we can agree that itโ€™s TOO OFTEN.

Here's the thing, social media is SO MUCH easier and effective when you arenโ€™t flying by the seat of your pants, trying to figure out what to post in the moment.

My 90-Day content planner is a great guide for this - grab your copy on Amazon.
